Michael is an Honor Graduate and U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served as a Security Specialist. His military background instilled in him the discipline, patience, leadership, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his approach today. After his service, he attended the University of Kansas and later pursued entrepreneurial ventures in the service industry, further sharpening his business acumen and customer-first mindset.
